The Lights In The Tunnel
In this season of pandemic where people are seems to be walking in a dark tunnel of fear, worries, panic, and anxiety Christians are called to shine as light and lead them to the Light of the World, Jesus Christ.
Matthew 5:14-16 14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Palm Sunday 2020
The great misunderstanding and misconception lies on the kind of Messiah the Jewish people wanted and not on their desire to welcome the kind of Messiah God wanted them to have. Jesus did not come to defeat the Roman Empire. He came to defeat the Satanic Empire. For Him to accomplish this, He needs to shed His blood and die on the wooden cross and to put a stamp on His victory, He needs to rise from the dead.
From Passover To The Last Supper
In the book of Exodus, the 10th plague brought death to all the first born males in the kingdom of Egypt including the first born son of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. The only ones who were spared were the first born sons of the Israelite people. What saved them was the blood of the lamb on their doorposts. The blood of the lamb saved from them from the judgment of God and the angel of death just passed over them. Jesus, the Lamb of God shed His blood at the cross so that anyone who believes in Him will be saved from the judgment of God.
Good Friday Reflection 2020
If Jesus saved Himself from the cross we will not be saved. If He came down from the cross alive we will not have hope of eternal life.
The Resurrection of Christ and the Hope it Brings
Jesus' victory over death brings hope to those who believe. Hope that when we pass through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil for we know that He who experienced death and rose from the dead will be with us and will walk along side us. He will never abandon us.
Being in lockdown for awhile now makes most people I know feeling antsy and losing their sanity. Here are the 10 things that you can do to survive the lockdown.
The Ascension of Jesus the King
40 days after His resurrection, Jesus went up into heaven to prepare a place for the believers. He was also re-coronated as the King of kings and Lord of lords. Ready or not, this King is coming again soon!

THE HOLY COMMUNION - THE BLUEPRINT OF THE CHURCH
PRAYER: THE FOURTH ESSENTIAL BLUEPRINT OF THE CHURCH
The early church was represented by people from every race and culture. The color of the skin was never an issue. We are still in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic and we are confronted with the issue of racism that leads to national protests. The subject on PRAYER could not have been a perfect topic in this time of uncertainties.

THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE OF OUR FREEDOM
We are blessed to live in a country where freedom is celebrated. It's not just an imagination but a realization. However, there is better and greater freedom that everybody must aspire and dream for, the freedom that only Jesus, the Chief Cornerstone can give to everyone who believes.
LET THE REJECTS LIVE AND STAND UP FOR JESUS
We are living in a society where Christians are being pushed back and intimidated to share and practice their faith. How the rejected fishermen from Galilee stood their ground against the Jewish "Supreme Court's" order to stop sharing their faith will give us an understanding that obeying God and standing for Christ in spite of the intimidation is what pleases the Lord.
AN UNBELIEVABLE PRAYER
20/20 is a terminology used by eye doctors for a perfect eye vision. There is one thing that I don’t want you to miss, why all these things happen in the year 2020. It is because Jesus is wanting us to see clearly that the sign of His second coming is getting clearer and nearer. Are you ready?
THE GENEROUS ENCOURAGER
WHAT REALLY MATTERS TO GOD
The motive of our heart is what matters to God. King David said, "I will not offer anything that costs me nothing." One thousand years later, the Father offered a sacrifice that cost Him everything, His only begotten Son Jesus Christ.
YOU’VE BEEN SET FREE FROM WORRY
Jesus teaches us that no matter the issue we are facing, God knows. We serve an all-knowing and all-caring God who is intimately invested in our lives and knows what we need even before we do.
UNITED IN CHRIST (ACTS 6:1-6)
In this very divisive times, the question is not who caused the division but on who wants us to be divided. Who wanted us to fight with other? The answer: the Devil. Using the art of war called, "Divide and Conquer", the Devil's plan is to divide us so he can easily conquer us.
STEPHEN - THE FIRST CHRISTIAN MARTYR
What is going to make you turn your back away from the Lord Jesus Christ? If He suffered for you, can’t you suffer for Him? What is making you feel cold on your faith? Unanswered prayer? Disagreement with your fellow believer? Debilitating pain and dying health? Your job, business, or lack of it? Materialism, convenience, or comfort? Vices that you cannot let go? THE KIND OF FRIEND YOU WISH YOU HAVE
THE MIRACLE WORKING GOD
An idol is anything that you allow to get in between you and God. Peter's idol was his religion. After he surrendered his idol to Jesus he became an idol himself. Let's find out what he did when the centurion started worshiping him.
HOW TO RESPOND TO CRITICISM
If you are fixated on the pandemic you will be overwhelmed with fear, panic, and anxiety. But when you are fixated on Jesus Christ, you will be overwhelmed with peace, joy and thanksgiving.
When God allows trouble to come your way, He has a reason.
I wonder how many people especially during this time of pandemic felt forgotten by God? The truth is, God has never forgotten anybody, not even a single person. I think the better question is not, how many people feel God has forgotten about them but, how many people feel forgotten by the children of God?

ACTS 15:1-35
MOTHER’S DAY MESSAGE
Was Jesus sexist and a racist? Jesus' conversation with the Canaanite mother sounded like He was sexist and a racist. By the way, this is also about the great faith of the woman and her extraordinary love for her daughter.
BE A BEREAN
You cannot definitively say that what you hear from a preacher or a bible teacher is true until you checked the Scripture if it's indeed true.
THE GODS IN ATHENS
In this video, we will get a basic understanding of the ethics and theology of the Epicureans and Stoics. We will also answer the following questions: How many gods do you need to feel safe and secure? Is God too busy and un-involved in human affairs? Is God in everything?

Paul's fear, failure, fatigue, and feeling alone has led to burnout and discouragement. In this message, we will know the kind of FIRE that led Paul back to his zeal in preaching the gospel. This same FIRE will help you too when you experience burnout and discouragement in life.

Aside from the grace of God, it's the Aquilas and Priscillas of our church that kept me from getting discouraged and burned-out in the ministry. All of us needs an Aquila and Priscilla in our lives who would not only walk alongside us but would also stay with us and not cancel us.
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is not a separate event in the believer's life but an instantaneous event that happens the very moment you believe in Jesus. The proof or sign of that you've been baptized by the Spirit is you are bearing the Fruit of the Spirit. The reason why a believer is living a weak and defeated life is because he is not filled or under the control of the Spirit but of something else.
God has given you a unique personal story so you can effectively tell His Story to others.
Courage is not the absence of fear! It isn’t the lack of fear. It is the strength to face my fear knowing that my Father is on my side.
We all have friends in high places. His name is Jesus who intercedes and advocates for us to the Father.
The Devil wanted the unbelievers to believe that there's no rush to believe in Jesus because there's plenty of time. He also wanted the Christians to believe that there's no rush to share the good news of Christ's salvation because there's still plenty of time. But Jesus said, "NOW is the day of salvation!"
STOP YOUR PEOPLE PLEASING ADDICTION!
If you are looking for anyone to make you happy, you will be very unhappy. If we live by the praise of others, we will die by their criticism. If we rely on people, we will be disappointed. People will let you down. Sometimes they will even turn on you.
IT’S TIME TO SIGN UP! (ACTS 25:12-27)
When you understand how deep, how wide, and how high the love of God is for you that He came to die for your sin to give eternal life, you don't need to be asked to sign up to follow Him. You will voluntarily sign up for Jesus.
The reason why I don't talk about politics in the pulpit is because it is divisive. It's sad to see that some Christians uses the Lens of Politics when they look and decide on issues of life and society instead of the Lens of Jesus.
When shipwreck happens to your life, don't get discouraged because God will steer you to Malta.
